Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 2-6 years of experience to handle online customers and turn enquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

Respond to online customer enquiries by phone, chat, email and WhatsApp
Guide customers on products, pricing and offers and help close online orders
Follow up on leads and track order status until delivery
Handle queries, returns and complaints professionally
Keep customer and order records updated

Requirements

2-6 years of experience in customer support or online sales
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi or Tamil is a plus)
Patience, follow-up discipline and a customer-first attitude
Basic computer and CRM skills
