Customer Experience Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism. Create a positive first impression for every showroom visitor. Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executive. Ensure customers receive prompt assistance with minimal waiting time. Guest Relations Manage customer flow during peak hours. Coordinate appointments and visitor movement within the showroom. Assist customers with basic queries and showroom information. Maintain excellent hospitality standards throughout the customer journey. Showroom Standards Ensure the reception and entrance area remain clean and presentable. Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance at all times. Support showroom events, launches, and promotional activities. Team Coordination Work closely with Sales, Billing, and Store Operations teams. Assist in maintaining a smooth customer experience across departments.
