Key Responsibilities

•      Record and update daily inventory transactions in the accounting/ERP system

•      Reconcile stock entries with purchase, sales, and transfer documents

•      Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for inward and outward stock movement

•      Assist in month-end inventory closing and reporting

•      Coordinate with the store and audit teams to resolve discrepancies

•      Support preparation of stock statements and MIS reports

Requirements

•      Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

•      6 months to 2 years of experience in inventory/bookkeeping (jewellery industry experience preferred but not mandatory)

•      Working knowledge of accounting software/ERP and MS Excel

•      Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

•      Good organizational and time-management skills
