Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to drive Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including store-level promotions and on-ground brand engagement initiatives across showroom locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute store-level marketing activities and promotional campaigns

• Coordinate on-ground BTL activations, events, and customer engagement drives

• Liaise with showroom teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns

• Manage vendors and agencies for BTL materials and event execution

• Travel to other showroom locations (Chennai, Bangalore) as required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in BTL marketing/store-level promotions, preferably in retail
Willingness to travel across locations as business requires
Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills
Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach
