Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead overall showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Trivandrum location.

Key Responsibilities

•      Oversee end-to-end showroom operations including sales, inventory, and customer service

•      Lead, mentor, and manage the showroom sales and support team

•      Drive achievement of sales targets and profitability goals

•      Ensure adherence to visual merchandising, compliance, and audit standards

•      Handle escalations and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction

•      Coordinate with regional/corporate teams on strategy and reporting
