Sunny Diamonds is seeking a detail-oriented Stock & Order Exchange Executive to manage showroom inventory, customer orders, stock transfers, and product exchanges. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, order coordination, and stock reconciliation, preferably in the jewellery or retail industry.

Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Conduct daily stock verification and reconciliation. Coordinate stock movement between showroom, warehouse, and other branches. Ensure proper tagging and storage of jewellery. Order Management Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Track order status and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Maintain order documentation and ERP updates. Exchange & Returns Handle product exchanges and returns according to company policies. Verify products before processing exchanges. Coordinate replacement orders and customer communication. Documentation & Reporting Update inventory and order details in ERP/POS systems. Prepare stock reports, exchange reports, and inventory summaries. Support monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliation. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Sales, Billing, Warehouse, and Operations teams. Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure stock availability.
