Ideal Gems and Jewellery is looking to hire  Sustainability Executive/Manager for SEEPZ location.

Duties/Responsibilities:
A. For Kaizen: (Weightage 50%)
1. Smart & Enthuse driven Young Candidate who has the attitude of getting things done.
2. Should have solution based approach
3. Should have the Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, Lean Management
4. He / she shall make the efforts & make sure the process are running smoothly & is beneficial to the growth of the organization.
5. Strong Analytical Skill
6. Maintains MIS Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Reports for Analytics) & Documentations of the Issues / Problem.

B. For Sustainability: (Weightage 50%)

1. Smart & Technically sound professional
2. Preferred from Chemical Engineering background
3. Highly Goal oriented individual
4. Has to be expert in Analytics skill & Testing areas of Multiple Factors for Sustainability
5. Has to develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for better Sustainability.
6. Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for utilization of resources.
7. Communicates standards and parameters to all stake holders, production team, and other appropriate staff/Workers.
8. Coordinates & conduct testing processes.
9. Participates in FRM (Future Risk Management) as a project.
10. Identifies and analyzes issues on the basis of trends & must provide the technical support to reduce the consumption in a smart way.
11. Must have excellent knowledge of replacing the resources with viable / renewable resources. in the factory.
12. Supervision on emissions from the factory & maintaining the high benchmark on the same. for better environment.
12. Should know about the mandatory compliance of MPCB.
13. Maintains MIS Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Reports for Analytics) & Documentations of the Issues / Problem. 13. Performs other duties as assigned.
