Bluestone is looking to hire Talent Acquisition Specialist for Bangalore location.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal departments within Bluestone to determine recruitment needs on a priority basis
• Must be able to work with Job Boards/3rd Party Vendors/Consultancies to onboard 20 -25 head counts per month
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
• Sourcing potential candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as 3rd Party Vendors.
• Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems ATS.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
• Work with HR leadership team in setting the hiring priorities and goals to improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

• At least bachelor's degree in HR or similar.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar
• Very good in English Communication Skills
• Well versed in ATS and CRM softwares.
• Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
• Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
• Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
• Good at documenting the Hiring Process 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
