We are looking for a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Executive(FTE) having 3+ years of experience and have worked remotely, to source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles.

- Source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Previous experience in Remote working
- Must have work experience from E-Commerce Company backgrounds, retailers and Non IT sector
- Well versed in English and Hindi languages(Spoken and written)
Education:
Bachelors degree in any field
