Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain an outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product stock is adequate and well-organized.
• Coordinate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Handle operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on customer service.
• Analyze sales figures, forecasting future sales, and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
• Implement measures to control shrinkage, manage expenses, and increase profitability.
• Ensure the security of the boutique and adhere to safety protocols.
• Train staff on best operational practices and monitor their performance.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a retail manager, cashier or in a similar managerial role in Jewellery Industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail management best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mind with the ability to analyze data and performance metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
