2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, inside sales, or customer support. Knowledge of CRM systems. Excellent communication skills. Customer-centric approach. Experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred.

Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing or E-Commerce is an advantage.
