Welcome customers and provide a warm and professional shopping experience. Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget. Explain jewellery products, designs, materials, pricing and offers clearly. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally. Maintain proper product presentation and support visual merchandising activities. Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory-related activities. Follow store SOPs, company policies and Tanishq brand standards. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom. Participate in promotional activities, events and customer engagement initiatives. Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations. Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery products while assisting customers.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach. Good grooming and professional presentation. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working towards sales targets. Ability to work effectively as part of a retail team. Good understanding of customer service and relationship building.

Graduate in any discipline preferred. Diploma or certification in Retail Management, Sales, Hospitality or a related field will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with good communication skills and an interest in retail sales can apply.
