The E-Commerce Manager /Head is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and activities of an e-commerce website. 

The E-Commerce Manager will ensure the website is up to date and optimized for customer experience, develop strategies to increase sales, and analyze website data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior.

E-Commerce Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies and campaigns. 
• Monitor online sales performance and optimize customer experience. 
• Oversee website design and functionality to ensure optimal performance. 
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
• Develop customer service policies and procedures. 
• Monitor website traffic and analyze user behavior. 
• Establish KPIs to measure success in marketing campaigns, website performance, customer satisfaction, etc. 
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful e-commerce operations

E Commerce Manager Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field 
• 3+ years of e-commerce experience 
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other latest SEM / SEO tools

•Demonstrated success driving online sales growth

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
