Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately sort, grade, and assort diamonds based on the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity).
• Handle and package diamonds securely, ensuring their safety and integrity.
• Maintain detailed records of diamond assortments for inventory management.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all diamonds meet Tarang Diamonds' high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize the assorting and bagging process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Diamond Bagger and Assorter or similar role in the diamond/jewelry industry.
• Familiarity with diamond grading systems and certification processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in diamond grading is a plus.
