We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage and grow our jewellery business across the
European market. The role involves handling end-to-end merchandising, client coordination, product development, and
ensuring the timely execution of orders aligned with market trends and brand requirements.
Responsibilities
• Manage the complete merchandising cycle from inquiry to final delivery
• Handle European clients and maintain strong business relationships
• Coordinate with design, CAD, and production teams for product development
• Develop and present jewellery collections (gold, diamond, gemstone) as per market trends
• Ensure costing accuracy, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation
• Monitor order status, production timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
• Work closely with sourcing teams for diamonds, gemstones, and metal procurement
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with European regulations
• Analyse sales performance and suggest improvements in product lines
• Attend international trade shows and client meetings (if required)
Requirements

5–10 years of experience in jewellery merchandising
Strong exposure to the European market and client handling
Good understanding of diamond grading, gemstones, and jewellery manufacturing Experience in handling gold and diamond jewellery collections
Strong coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of costing, pricing, and order management
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
