Job Description

As a Retail Sales Officer at a Titan brand store, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving retail sales, and upholding Titan's reputation for quality, trust, and premium service across categories like watches, jewellery, or eyewear.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Provide detailed product knowledge, including craftsmanship, materials, pricing, warranty, and after-sales services.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Drive footfall conversion, average bill value, and overall store revenue.
Cross-sell and up-sell products across the brand’s range and extensions.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product displays as per brand guidelines.
Handle billing, exchanges, repairs, warranty claims, and other after-sales requests accurately.
Maintain customer records and support CRM and loyalty program enrollments.
Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock replenishment, inventory checks, and audits.
Stay updated on new collections, festive launches, promotions, and ongoing schemes.
Maintain store hygiene, security standards, and compliance with company SOPs.
