Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full HR lifecycle for all staff
• Handle recruitment and onboarding, especially for retail and manufacturing roles
• Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and HR policies
• Address employee queries and resolve conflicts
• Implement training and development programs

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the jewellery industry
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with HR software and payroll systems
