Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with IGI and hallmarking agencies for jewellery certification.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all items sent and received.
• Track the status of certification and hallmarking processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in jewellery certification/hallmarking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IGI and hallmarking processes.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
