Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive, knowledgeable assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Present product features, materials, pricing, and care instructions
• Handle billing, POS transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock displays
• Build and maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Keep accurate records in CRM and daily sales reports

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in product presentation and upselling
• Basic computer and POS skills; familiarity with CRM is a plus
• Integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Flexible to work weekends and retail hours
