Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar role in the jewellery industry
• Strong network with retailers, wholesalers, or export clients
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

With corporates/ chain stores experience is preferred
