Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order execution and product development
✅ Coordinate with clients, production, CAD, and design teams
✅ Track order timelines, approvals, and deliveries
✅ Handle merchandising for export and international markets
✅ Maintain customer communication and ensure timely updates
✅ Monitor inventory planning and production schedules
✅ Analyze product trends and customer requirements
Requirements
✔ Jewellery industry experience mandatory
✔ Strong understanding of merchandising and order management
✔ Experience working with export clients preferred
✔ Excellent coordination and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
