We are looking for a Jewellery Merchandiser with experience in export markets (US & Europe) to manage product coordination, order execution, and client requirements. The role requires strong alignment between design, production, and international client expectations.
Responsibilities
🌍 Export Merchandising
Handle end-to-end order execution for international clients
Understand buyer requirements and translate them into production briefs
Coordinate timelines for sampling, approvals, and dispatch
💎 Product Coordination
Work closely with design and CAD teams for product development
Ensure designs align with US & European market trends
Monitor quality standards for export shipments
🏭 Production Follow-ups
Coordinate with Surat manufacturing unit for order status
Ensure timely production and delivery schedules
Track sampling, approvals, and bulk orders
📊 Client & Order Management
Maintain order sheets, costing, and documentation
Communicate regularly with clients for updates and approvals
Handle changes, revisions, and feedback efficiently
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in jewellery merchandising (export preferred)
Strong understanding of US & European markets
Knowledge of LGD and natural diamond jewellery
Good coordination and communication skills
