The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail.
Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Service
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery collections.
Explain product features, purity, certifications, pricing, making charges, and offers.
Guide customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
Deliver a premium shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Generate repeat business through relationship building and customer follow-ups.
Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Inform customers about new collections, festive offers, and promotional campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain customer records for future follow-ups and repeat purchases.
Store Operations
Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery.
Support billing, stock replenishment, and inventory activities.
Follow all showroom policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of jewellery retail sales experience (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with strong sales abilities.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
