Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, content management, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for website optimization.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for customers through continuous improvement of the website interface and functionality.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to e-commerce activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO/SEM principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse team and clientele.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
