Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, content management, inventory updates, and order processing.

• Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for website optimization.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for customers through continuous improvement of the website interface and functionality.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to e-commerce activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO/SEM principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse team and clientele.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software.
