The Senior Production Manager will oversee the entire jewelry production workflow, casting, setting, polishing, QC, finishing, and dispatch. Responsible for efficiency, quality, timelines, and team management.

1. Lead and manage the entire production floor. 2. Allocate work across CAD, casting, setting, polishing, finishing. 3. Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production targets are met. 4. Monitor production quality & eliminate process issues. 5. Coordinate with design, CAD, merchandiser & dispatch teams. 6. Ensure proper manpower planning and workflow optimization. 7. Implement quality control checks at every stage. 8. Maintain vendor coordination for outsourcing work. 9. Reduce production time, cost & errors. 10. Maintain production reports, MIS & process documentation.
