Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and services.
  • Handle export-related documentation and procedures efficiently.
  • Coordinate with international clients to ensure smooth communication and transactions.
  • Maintain and update customer records for export orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping and export regulations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of export processes and documentation is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with jewellery products or the industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
