Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new jewellery designs from concept to production, ensuring they align with brand vision and market trends.
• Collaborate with designers, craftsmen, and suppliers to ensure product specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing lines.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for product launches and promotions.
• Manage budgets and timelines for product development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Strong understanding of jewellery design, production processes, and materials.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury and design.
• Proficient in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
