Job Description

• Lead and supervise a team of jewellery casting technicians and operators. 
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the casting process, from wax pattern creation to metal pouring and finishing.
• Develop and implement casting strategies to maximize productivity, minimize defects, and ensure consistent quality.
• Monitor and maintain casting equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any casting defects or issues.
• Train and mentor staff on casting techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in jewellery casting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of casting materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
   

Skills

• Solid experience in jewellery casting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proficient knowledge of various casting techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Strong understanding of jewellery design, metallurgy, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
