Responsible for managing export order lifecycle from inquiry to dispatch. Acts as the bridge between design, production, and international clients ensuring smooth execution.
Responsibilities
Order Coordination
Receive export orders and coordinate with production for timelines
Prepare order sheets, tech packs, and specifications
Monitor status at every stage (design, CAD, casting, setting, polishing)
Product & Inventory Planning
Analyze order demand patterns by region
Maintain stock reports and coordinate dispatch schedules
Plan replenishment of fast-moving items
Costing & Commercials
Work closely with costing team for price calculations
Ensure margin targets are achieved
Client Coordination
Share order updates with international clients
Handle changes, approvals, and pre-dispatch clearances
Requirements
4–6 years in export jewellery merchandising
Strong coordination & multitasking ability
Excellent command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS reporting)
Understanding of diamond jewellery production process
