Urgently Looking for HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of Human Resources functions for the organization.

The jewelry business is a competitive and ever-changing industry. Companies are always looking for dedicated and creative professionals to join their team and keep up with the current trends. 

An HR Manager in the jewelry industry is an important asset, as they manage all of the human resource related activities within a company.

A successful HR Manager in this field must have a deep understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and hiring processes. They should be well versed on benefits packages, compensation plans, and performance evaluations for new employees. Additionally, they will design training programs to ensure that each employee has the skills necessary to succeed in their respective roles within the company.

In addition to overseeing all of these tasks, an effective HR Manager will also promote workplace culture by creating initiatives that foster collaboration amongst staff members.

HR Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop, manage and administer human resources programs, policies, processes, systems and services in support of the organization’s objectives. 
• Oversee recruitment, staffing and onboarding activities.
• Lead the development of compensation and benefits plans. 
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and feedback. 
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. 
• Provide advice on employee relations matters. 
• Develop training programs and coordinate learning opportunities. 
• Analyze employee data to identify trends in turnover, morale, engagement, etc. 
• Manage HR budget and ensure cost effectiveness. 
 

HR Manager Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR role. 
• Previous experience with HR in Jewelry Manufacturer is a big plus

This role involve working all Saturdays.
