Wanted Jewelry Production Manager

The Jewelry Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily production of jewelry products and ensuring that the quality and quantity of product meets customer requirements.

Jewelry Production Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage and direct production staff to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products. 
• Monitor product quality and quantity to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Maintain inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment. 
• Train and coach staff on production processes and procedures. 
• Ensure production floor safety regulations are adhered to. 
• Monitor progress of production orders and report any issues to management. 
• Develop and implement new production procedures as needed.

Jewelry Production Manager Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in jewelry production management or similar role. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
• Knowledge of jewelry is  must

Working Hours:

Monday-Saturday (10am-7pm)
