Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate jewellery orders from processing through production and final dispatch. The role requires strong follow-up, cross-functional coordination, and timeline management to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Manage orders from processing to production and dispatch.
Coordinate with Design/CAD, Production, Technical, Operations, and job-work teams.
Track production timelines and follow up on pending orders.
Identify delays and coordinate timely resolution.
Coordinate with customers for requirements, approvals, and delivery updates.
Maintain order trackers, MIS, and production reports.
Ensure accurate ERP/CRM updates.

Requirements

Experience in jewellery production/order coordination.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and timeline management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
