Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel spreadsheets.
• Manage inventory records and track stock movement.
• Generate reports using advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the jewellery industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
