Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities across sales, production, inventory, and logistics. The role ensures smooth coordination between departments and maintains operational excellence in a fast-paced jewellery environment.

Responsibilities

1.Supervise showroom, production, and logistics teams. 2. Implement and optimize operational workflows. 3. Monitor inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. 4. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and suppliers. 5. Track performance metrics and report to management. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of operational or managerial experience. 2. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. 3. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/Tally. 4. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. 5. Experience in jewelry or retail preferred.
