Production & Order Management
* Coordinate and track jewellery orders from production initiation to final delivery.
* Follow up with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of orders.
* Maintain production schedules and order status trackers.
* Ensure orders are completed as per approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
* Coordinate urgent orders and resolve production delays.
Quality Control (QC)
* Inspect jewellery for finishing, stone setting, polishing, plating, measurements, and overall quality.
* Ensure all products meet Zahairaa’s quality standards before dispatch.
* Identify defects and coordinate rework with vendors when required.
* Maintain QC records and reports.
Coordination & Reporting
* Communicate regularly with internal teams and production partners regarding order status.
* Update management on production progress, delays, and quality concerns.
* Maintain accurate documentation of orders, production stages, and QC checks.
