Zahairaa Jewellers is a luxury jewelry brand located in Opera House, Mumbai. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting them in their jewelry selection process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Providing detailed product information and advice to customers.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our jewelry collection and its features.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stock rotation and visual merchandising.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and sharing knowledge with customers.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales or jewelry sales preferred. Freshers can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required.
