Zahairaa Jewellers is a luxury jewelry brand located in Opera House, Mumbai. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assisting them in their jewelry selection process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Providing detailed product information and advice to customers.
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of our jewelry collection and its features.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock rotation and visual merchandising.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and sharing knowledge with customers.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales or jewelry sales preferred. Freshers can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required.
