Zewar is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join the retail team at the Bandra store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an excellent customer shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery products.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable designs based on their requirements.
Provide detailed product information including metal quality, stones, craftsmanship, and pricing.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the store management.
Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Ensure jewellery displays are properly arranged and visually appealing.
Assist with stock management, product tagging, and inventory checks.
Support billing and ensure smooth completion of customer purchases.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain store discipline and follow company sales procedures.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in retail sales or jewellery sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Professional and presentable personality suitable for a retail environment.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products is an added advantage.
