Resposibilities

• Provide accurate information on jewelry products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Assist customers by answering questions about specific products, conducting comparisons, and facilitating purchases.
• Cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage merchandise returns and cater to loyalty program clients.
• Collaborate with the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, especially during peak times.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Create effective sales materials to communicate product benefits to customers.
• Build relationships with clients to generate repeat business and create a positive sales environment.
• Manage all point-of-sale activities in the showroom, ensuring efficient transactions and a seamless checkout experience.

Skills

• Ex Employee of branded Jewellery stores like Tanishq, Malabar, or Worked in a reputed Jewellery store. 
• Should have minimum 1.5 years of experience in only jewellery field.
• Language Known - English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)
• Age Group Bellow 35 years
• Gender - Both
• Should have Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
