Zewer Jobs: Sales Executive

Job Description 

• Provide accurate information on our jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience
• Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients
• Coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
•  Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services
• Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients and creating a positive sales experience
• Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.

Skills

• Ex Employee of branded Jewellery stores like Tanishq, Malabar, or Worked in a reputed Jewellery store in Bandra,
• Should have minimum 4 years of experience in only jewellery field.
• Language Known - English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)
• Age Group Bellow 35 years
• Gender - Both
• Should have Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
