Pre-Requisites: Experience of handling International customers, export market (western markets, middle east), Key Account Management, Merchandising Good Communication Skills Computer and Excel proficiency Should know costing of jewelry Should have a fair idea of jewelry manufacturing - Gold Silver with diamond and color stones Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation and thereby, achieving top line and bottom line To identify business opportunities and support in achieving annual business plan To communicate the plan to the team and ensure execution of the plan To ensure generation of orders to achieve revenue and profit margin targets To review the Work orders prepared by the team and discuss with Operations team To support in planning and implementation of Marketing activities To review and ensure quality of Merchandising and take necessary steps to improve the same To track and update weekly plans and ensure adherence to delivery timeline To coordinate with PD and Production for Merchandising and other departments for any requirements/ issues To ensure Customer satisfaction by quality of service To prepare and submit reports related to Sales and Marketing department To train, motivate and develop the team to achieve the targets To review performance of the team on the set targets and conduct weekly review meetings with the team
