Sales & Marketing Manager

Pre-Requisites:

• Experience of handling International customers, export market (western markets, middle east), Key Account Management, Merchandising
• Good Communication Skills
• Computer and Excel proficiency
• Should know costing of jewelry
• Should have a fair idea of jewelry manufacturing - Gold & Silver with diamond and color stones

Key Responsibilities: 

• Revenue Generation and thereby, achieving top line and bottom line
• To identify business opportunities and support in achieving annual business plan
• To communicate the plan to the team and ensure execution of the plan
• To ensure generation of orders to achieve revenue and profit margin targets
• To review the Work orders prepared by the team and discuss with Operations team
• To support in planning and implementation of Marketing activities
• To review and ensure quality of Merchandising and take necessary steps to improve the same
• To track and update weekly plans and ensure adherence to delivery timeline
• To coordinate with PD and Production for Merchandising and other departments for any requirements/ issues
• To ensure Customer satisfaction by quality of service
• To prepare and submit reports related to Sales and Marketing department
• To train, motivate and develop the team to achieve the targets
• To review performance of the team on the set targets and conduct weekly review meetings with the team
