Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the showroom floor. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Manage inventory levels and ensure that the display is organized and visually appealing. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints quickly and efficiently. Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of sales staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Set and achieve targets for sales growth and profitability. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Requirements: Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar managerial role in high-end retail, preferably in the jewellery industry. Strong leadership and customer management abilities. Decent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. A strong commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. Working knowledge of MS Office, retail management software, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
