Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom floor.
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that the display is organized and visually appealing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Set and achieve targets for sales growth and profitability.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar managerial role in high-end retail, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Decent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• A strong commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, retail management software, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
