Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their jewellery needs and preferences. Provide knowledgeable information about our products, including specifications, pricing, and aftercare. Demonstrate exceptional selling skills and product knowledge to drive sales. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting new merchandise, and informing them of upcoming events. Manage financial transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance. Keep abreast of market trends and new collections. Assist in inventory management and ensure the security of high-value items. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and deliver on customer service standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail sector. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is required; further education in Marketing or related fields is preferred.
