Role Overview: We are seeking a customer-centric, relationship-driven Virtual Ring Expert to deliver a premium jewellery consultation experience from our office in Andheri, Mumbai. This Full-Time role combines consultative selling with product expertise. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will guide them through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives by understanding their needs, educating them on available options, and helping them create a ring that reflects their story. You will conduct one-on-one consultations via video and phone, helping customers select the right diamond, metal, design, finish, ring size, and personalization options based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Success will be measured by revenue, customer satisfaction, consultation quality, conversion rates, repeat business, and referrals.

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts. Handle sales billing, purchase entries, expenses, receipts, and payments . Reconcile daily cash, UPI, card, bank, and other payment collections . Maintain and verify customer payment records and outstanding balances. Coordinate with the sales team for billing, payments, exchanges, returns, and related documentation. Maintain jewellery-related purchase and sales records accurately. Assist in stock reconciliation and verification of jewellery inventory records . Maintain proper records of expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments.
