You will conduct one-on-one consultations via video and phone, helping customers select the right diamond, metal, design, finish, ring size, and personalization options based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Success will be measured by revenue, customer satisfaction, consultation quality, conversion rates, repeat business, and referrals.

The Senior Ring Expert is a senior client-facing role responsible for driving high-quality customer experiences, mentoring Ring Experts, and ensuring smooth execution of store-level processes. The Senior Ring Expert leads client appointments both in-store and online, leveraging advanced knowledge in styling, design consultation, and people-reading skills to convert business opportunities. In addition to handling the complete Client Product cycle from Appointment to Delivery, the Senior Ring Expert also takes ownership of specific store-level operational processes such as merchandising, inventory management, training, or closing procedures while acting as a subject matter expert in key product categories.
