Job Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewelry factory • Lead and manage a team of employees in the factory • Develop and implement strategies for efficient production of jewelry pieces • Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed • Ensure safety standards are met and followed by all staff • Maintain quality control standards in all areas of production • Troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or related field • At least 10 years of experience managing a jewelry factory or similar production facility • Knowledge of jewelry production processes, techniques, materials, and quality control • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Must be a strong leader with passion for factory management Location: Lower Parel Hours: Monday- Saturday 21day off Annually 10 days Public Holidays Interview Process: •HR Round • Technical Round In Person
