We are hiring for Accounts Manager with good knowledge of accounting and ready to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations.
- Assisting with financial and tax adults.
- Reconciliation of GST monthly/quarterly/annually with books of accounts.
- Monthly calculation of TDS dues & timely payment of the same.
- Preparation & filing of quarterly TDS & TCS statement.
- Preparation of necessary documents for income tax assessment.
- Calculation of depreciation as per the Companies Act & IT Act.
- Prepare Sales & Purchase Entry Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Prepare Journal Entries and synthesize a common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
- Assist for the Account reconciliation process on a monthly basis.
- Salary Working calculations & Payments.
Requirements:
- Male Candidates preferred
- Age: below 35 years
- Education: B.Com/M.Com
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office and Tally
- Must be well versed with accounts and statutory knowledge
- Atleast 3-5 years of experience as Accounts manager/executive.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages known: English/Tamil.
