Sales Manager(Male)

We are looking for Sales Manager for our showroom in Madurai region.

Key Responsibilities

•  Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. 
• Building relationships to drive repeat clientele. 
• Constantly monitor the overall operations of the store that affect sales including customer satisfaction, ambience, cleanliness, and decor and service standards. 
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines. 
• Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints by self and staff.
• You will acquire local market intelligence about the premiums/discounts which are being offered by the competition.

Skills:

• Graduate-Any degree
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have Area Knowledge
• Good Communication Skills
• Good leadership skills
• Good knowledge of the product
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales from jewellery field preferred
• Male candidates preferred
• Languages -Tamil/English
