Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the production team.
• Ensure production processes are carried out efficiently and safely.
• Maintain and improve product quality standards.
• Oversee inventory management and control.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and monitor production schedules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the gold
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in production management software and MS Office.

Special Skills

1)  Check the final QC

2 ) Check the metal purity

3 ) Product weight and size check

4 ) Check the loose diamond and  broken diamond.

5 ) Check the metal porosity microscopic holes which can occur in an electroplated metal coating of a product.

6 ) Verify all the processes and send for Final approval and issue for dispatch.
